Can I get a waiver for the Marine Corps. under these conditions?

I have a disorder called mixed bipolar disorder (please read whole question), and when I learned about it I was devestated. I've wanted to be a Marine since I was eight years old. However, the psychiatrist told me that I will grow out of it. I had a troubled adolescence do to drugs, leading to institutionalizations. I am an active member of Alcoholics Annonymous and have 2 years of sobriety. Ever since I started getting sober at the age of 18 and worked the program, my symptoms started to subside and so I was taken off of my medicine and I'm finally happy with my life, I don't resort to drugs or lashing out at people, I handle things like a normal adult. Can I be reevaluated for the Marine Corps.?????
