My dentist is kind of a jerk, would he be able to tell that I smoke cannabis?

Ok, so i have a real jerk for a dentist. he's very ornery and annoying. Of course he doesn't know that i think that, but that's not the point. Point is i'm going to high school next year and i plan on trying and using cannabis. I need to know if cannabis leaves stains on the teeth like cigarettes. Because if it does I'm worried that he might say something to my mom about it. He's not really a friend of my parents though and he's just our dentist, but the problem is, is that when he shows the x-rays my mom and my bros and sister all go in, because we all have it done on the same day. So doing that makes it easier for my mom, because we go one after another and get out of there quick. I just need to know if he would be able to tell that I'm smoking cannabis or just tell if I am smoking in general. I'm a frequent coffee drinker if that help and I know that coffee also stains the teeth, so would that mask it if cannabis use does show up on the x-rays?
