This is one of the biggest recent issues that will just not go away... Discuss..?

First of I think I got lucky finding this question but my opinion is what other solution could it possible be that will work if is not legalization? I understand your point of view about other drugs but I think most people that do drugs would want to do it legal and if pot gets legalize than why go with something ilegal when there's something legal in top of the money the goverment will save they will also make money by taxing it if they use some of that money in more rehab centers and education that people will listen but at the end of the day it should your own decision, right now the goverment allot of money getting the drug dealers and locking up potheads thats millions of dollars going to waste that at the end of they is ok to do drugs as long as you dont get cought if instead they try to prevent people from doing drugs that maybe well have less potheads but how can you prevent? well legalize it and make it be a self decision tax it and educate people b/c the only education teens are getting is the best rappers smoke pot, the best comedian do drugs, most of the movies make drugs seem ok to do most of the music makes it be ok that you could almost think is legal to use more than half of the people that use it for medical puspose are not sick making pot legal will not encourage people to do it Cartels they will always try to make money so illegal drugs will never end but it can be minimized by making one drug legal.
