Sound that makes me crazy.?

since i lost my job i most of time feel depressed.i like to spend time alone in my room.all the time i hear all shorts of sounds around me and it every time buzzes my mind.some time i feel like someones trying to get my attention or even read my mind.this things happen consciously or unconsciously i cant stop it.even a sound of drop of water makes me pause and think about it.i try to learn the timing to find if its natural or somebody from upstairs playing with me.(i have heard this kind of disorder happens during adolescence.im in 22 years old.)please share your thoughts about it...
