What is Instant Music in my BIOS?

i was going through my computers BIOS settings and i found an option under the advanced tab called Instant Music Configuration. When i select it, it gives me the option to either enable it, or disable it. I looked it up online and i found results about people that where having problems with it. Nothing that told me what it is. Can anyone tell me what is it, what does it do, and should i have it enabled or disabled. Thanks for the help
