Can you help me understand something?
No, adults are not in adolescence. However, YOUNG adults aged 19-24 are in the last stage of adolescence. The keyword here is young. They are still learning and developing. Technically they are adults but not yet experienced so they just say 'young'. Hopefully this makes sense.
