Do these symptoms point to cancer?

For maybe 2-3 years i have had a hernia type lump on the right side of my abdomen just above my penis. I have had a mild discomfort and sometimes pain there and this lump can be pushed in but it eventually comes up again. I have been having occasional stomach pains where it hurts when I move and it is just below my rib cage on the right side. My groin aches and the ache runs down my right leg sometimes. I have been feeling pretty tired a lot but that may be because of my sleeping pattern which normally involves me sleeping at 3am and waking up at 3pm on weekends and at school it is difficult to adjust to waking up at 8am so I often find myself asleep on my sofa at 5pm. I do have energy though and I often go out with friends and have large fights with my brother that require considerable physical exertion due to him being bigger than me (they are just play fights lol) but in lesson I always feel tired and it's only once I get out and start walking that I feel ok, this has been the case for the last year or so and does not happen all the time, some days I feel more tired than others. I have also recently had some headaches for the past week but last friday I had some dodgey cannabis (oh yeah, i have been smoking weed for 3-5 months so that could explain recent lack of energy) this messed me up and i heard on the news this certain stuff was giving people fits and I havent felt the same since. I have been feeling sick a lot since that incident but it has been getting better. Anyways, are all these other symptoms just coincidence or do they point to cancer? I am 15 by the way and i have been subject to stress a lot recently due to work experience, careers advice and exams. Thanks for any answers
