How do I join my own CSS Server?

Okay, so I started a dedicated server running of my computer, and I used to be able to join but now I made a new one (SRCDS) and now I can't even join. my ports are forwarded (others can join) I tried my external IP and even my IP Forwarder...still nothing! please help!! (yes I did try it from the lan tab and the lan IP it says it cant connect)
