Am i with the right guy?

i love him so much hes kind caring intelligent and wonderful hes like no other man iv been with and we get on great..... but!!! it took him almost a year to say i love you! it took me ages to stop his unhealthy friendship with his ex! im 30 this year hes 32! after nearly 3 years he hasn't proposed yet and hes not ready for kids! although he has a good job hes addicted to cannabis and smokes it every day all day when hes at home! i don't want to leave him im so in love with him but im worried about my future with this guy will he ever commit and grow up or is he stringing me along until his ex becomes available again?????
