If someone published a completely unedited copy of their high school -early college journal,would you read it?

I am thinking of putting a completely unedited account of adolescence in the twenty-first century out there in print, but don't know who would read it....and what their reason behind reading it would be. It would be an unedited reality show in print form. Thoughts and ideas?
